Tour Highlights

Visit the Egyptian Museum, (Cairo museum) the largest museum in Egypt which houses over 120,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt.  You will have the opportunity to explore some of the highlights of the Museum such as the Royal Mummy room, the Animal Mummy room and the gold treasures room of Tutankhamun where you will see his famous gold mask.  Please note there is an extra ticket fee if you wish to enter the Royal Mummy room.

After visiting the Cairo Museum it’s time to get away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Cairo with a sail on the River Nile on a traditional sail boat, a Felucca.  This is a great opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy life on the Nile.  After your sail you will enjoy lunch at one of the best authentic restaurants in Cairo with a Nile view.

  Please note this is an optional tour with an extra cost of 50 EGP per person.

Visit the Giza Plateau, home of the famous Pyramids and Sphinx.  Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure which are surrounded by the Sahara Desert.  Take your photos or ride on camel or horseback through the sand dunes which lay beside the monumental pyramid complex.  Please note there is an extra ticket fee if you wish to enter the pyramids or visit the Solar Museum.

-       As this tour starts early we advise that you ask your hotel to provide you with a breakfast box for your journey.

-       All transfers and sightseeing will be in a modern air conditioned car or motor coach.

-       Ticket prices for optional sites as mentioned are as follows:

o    Royal Mummy room at Egyptian Museum – 100 EGP

o    Entrance into the Great Pyramid (Cheops) – 100 EGP

o    Entrance into Khafre Pyramid – 30 EGP

      o Entrance into Solar Boat Museum – 50 EGP
